TMP Development was incorporated in April of 1998 as a company concentrating on development of single family residences on a speculative basis. After constructing 10 new homes in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago and the southwest suburbs, the company changed its focus to renovations and additions. Since switching gears in mid-2004 we have contracted nearly 60 projects, most of them located on the northwest side of the city of Chicago and neighboring north and northwest suburbs. Projects have ranged from basement build-outs to the ground up construction of a 5,500 square foot residence.
